The (Industrial) Metaverse as an Innovation and Business Driver for Established Companies

Welcome to the Metaverse, but what is the Metaverse?

Defining the undefined. Three elements I found in many definitions

1. A shared online space that spans across dimensions , powered by a combination of VR, AR, and MR (mixed reality).
2. A new convergence of physical and digital worlds and the next stage is how physical interact with digital. It’s a place where people can meet and interact, and digital assets can be created, bought, and sold.
3. An internet mutually owned by builders and users, coordinated by tokens and incentive structures. Peer-to-peer networks are built on trustless transaction and programmability layers (=> Web 3).
